Welcome to Foxraid Entertainment Private Limited (herein referred as “we,” “our,” or “us”), a company registered under Companies Act (2006) with the Office of the Company Registrar (OCR), Nepal. By accessing or using the website located at foxraid.com (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use the Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with any other applicable policies and guidelines, which may be updated from time to time.
2. Scope of Services
Foxraid Entertainment offers the following adventure travel services via our partnered Service Providers:
- Trekking Services: Includes guides, porters, permits, logistics, and customized itineraries.
- Ticketing Services: Reservation and issuance of domestic and international tickets (air, bus, train).
- Mountaineering Support: Including permits, professional climbing guides, equipment, and base camp logistics.
- Motorbike Tours: Rentals, guided tours, route planning, safety gear, and backup support.
- Equipment Rentals: Trekking gear, camping supplies, bicycles, motorbikes, and other adventure equipment.
- Cultural and Heritage Tours: Guided tours to historical sites, UNESCO World Heritage locations, and cultural experiences.
- Wildlife Safaris: Jungle safaris, bird watching tours, and conservation-focused experiences.
- Transportation Services: Private vehicle rentals, airport transfers, and shuttle services.
- Hotel and Accommodation Bookings: Reservation of hotels, lodges, tea houses, and homestays.
- Event Planning: Organizing adventure events, corporate retreats, and special travel
- Customized Tour Packages: Tailored travel plans for individual, group, or corporate clients.
- Any additional services: As agreed upon by both parties in writing.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. Responsibilities of Foxraid Entertainment
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding services, availability, pricing, and itineraries.
- Ensure all required licenses, permits, and insurance are obtained and maintained for the services offered.
- Deliver services with the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and quality.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or issues related to their specific service promptly and effectively.
- Adhere to all applicable local, state, and national laws, including those related to tourism, labor, and safety.
- Provide qualified personnel, such as certified guides, drivers, and instructors, where necessary.
- Maintain necessary equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in good condition and meet safety standards.
- Provide invoices and receipts for services rendered as required by the customers.
- Maintain a support system to address emergencies and contingencies during service delivery.
4. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site and book services through it. If you are under 13, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
5. Account Registration and Security
To book any services or engage in certain features on the Site, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update your information as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Booking and Payment
- Booking Process: To confirm your participation in an adventure tour or activity, a booking must be made through the Site or with one of our representatives. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Payment must be made through the methods indicated on the Site. Our payment terms can be found here (https://foxraid.com/payment-terms/).
- Cancellations and Refunds: Our cancellation and refund policy can be found on https://foxraid.com/refund-policy. In the event of cancellation by the client, fees may apply. If Foxraid Entertainment cancels the tour, a full refund will be issued unless otherwise specified.
6. Health and Safety
Adventure travel can be physically demanding, and participants must be in suitable health. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet the physical requirements for the activities in which you participate.
Before booking a trip, you should review any medical requirements and conditions for the tours you wish to join. You may be required to provide a medical clearance or proof of fitness for specific tours.
7. Intellectual Property
The content available on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved to Foxraid Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise stated.
You may not use any of our intellectual property for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
8. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You are prohibited from using the Site to:
- Violate any local, state, or international laws.
- Upload or transmit harmful content, including viruses or malware.
- Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the Site’s operations or affect other users.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Foxraid Entertainment. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that Foxraid Entertainment shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of third-party websites or services.
10. User Content
By submitting any content (such as photos, reviews, or feedback) to the Site, you grant Foxraid Entertainment a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business operations, including promotional materials, website content, and marketing.
You are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate privacy laws.

Our total liability in connection with the Site and services is limited to the amount paid by you for the service or activity in question.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foxraid Entertainment, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Site or participation in any adventure tours, activities, or services.
14. Termination
Foxraid Entertainment reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any fraudulent or unlawful activities.
15. Governing Law & Visa Information
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal.
Nepal Visa Terms and Conditions
- Visa Requirement:
All travelers visiting Nepal must possess a valid visa issued by the Government of Nepal. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that they obtain the appropriate visa before arrival or upon arrival at designated points of entry. - Visa Application:
- Travelers may apply for a Nepal visa through the Nepalese embassy/consulate in their home country or online via the official portal.
- On-arrival visas are available at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and select land border crossings.
- Ensure you meet all requirements for visa issuance, including providing a valid passport with at least six months of validity and a passport-sized photo.
- Visa Types and Fees:
- Various visa types are available, including tourist, business, and student visas, each with specific conditions and fees.
- Visa fees vary based on the duration of stay (e.g., 15, 30, or 90 days). It is the traveler’s responsibility to review and pay the applicable fees.
- Duration and Extension:
- Tourist visas can be extended at the Department of Immigration in Nepal. Additional fees may apply.
- Overstaying a visa may result in penalties, fines, or legal action as per Nepalese law.
- Entry and Exit Points:
- Ensure you enter and exit Nepal through authorized immigration points. Any deviation may lead to fines or restrictions.
- Multiple-Entry Option:
- Travelers requiring multiple entries (e.g., for visiting neighboring countries) must select the appropriate visa option or request amendments during their stay.
- Visa Denial or Cancellation:
- Nepalese authorities reserve the right to deny or revoke a visa for any individual who violates immigration laws, provides false information, or engages in activities deemed unlawful or harmful to the country’s interests.
- Compliance with Local Laws:
- Travelers must comply with all immigration and local laws during their stay. Breach of these terms may result in visa revocation or deportation.
16. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Foxraid Entertainment reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we update the Terms, the updated version will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
