Refund Policy
Foxraid Entertainment is committed to providing exceptional adventure experiences, and we understand that travel plans may change. To ensure clarity, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy in detail below. We encourage you to review it carefully before booking your trip.
1. Cancellations by the Traveler
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing via email at contact@foxraid.com or contact our customer service team. The refund amount is determined by the time of cancellation relative to your trip departure date, as follows:
- More than 30 days before the trip:
- Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee to cover processing costs.
- Any additional charges made by third-party suppliers (e.g., airline tickets, accommodation, or permits) are non-refundable, but we will assist in trying to recover those costs, where possible.
- 15-30 days before the trip:
- 50% refund of the total trip cost.
- Any third-party charges are still non-refundable, and you may be responsible for paying for those if already processed.
- Less than 15 days before the trip:
- No refund is available.
- This policy applies to cancellations made within 14 days of the trip start date.
- Special or Custom Adventure Packages:
- For custom or tailor-made itineraries, cancellations made more than 30 days in advance may incur a 25% administrative fee in addition to any non-refundable third-party charges.
- Cancellations within 30 days of the trip may be subject to a higher cancellation fee, depending on the specific arrangements made.
2. Rescheduling the Trip
If you cannot attend the trip and wish to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you on another date. The following conditions apply:
- More than 30 days before the trip:
- Rescheduling is allowed with no additional charge, subject to availability, but may incur additional costs if the new trip is at a higher rate or requires new arrangements.
- 15-30 days before the trip:
- Rescheduling will be subject to a 20% fee based on the total trip cost.
- Less than 15 days before the trip:
- Rescheduling is not permitted, and the booking will be considered cancelled without a refund.
3. Cancellations by Foxraid Entertainment
Foxraid Entertainment may cancel a trip for reasons such as safety concerns, insufficient number of participants, government regulations, or force majeure events. In such cases, you will be entitled to:
- Full Refund: A full refund of the amount paid, including any deposits, will be provided.
- Alternative Options: You may choose to transfer your booking to another trip with us, subject to availability, or reschedule for a future date at no additional cost.
In cases of a partial cancellation of an itinerary (e.g., cancellation of an excursion or activity due to weather), we will offer a partial refund for the affected portion, or you may be given the option of a replacement activity if available.
4. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances
If the trip is impacted by an event beyond the control of Foxraid Entertainment (a “Force Majeure” event), such as natural disasters, extreme weather, political instability, war, or pandemics, the following will apply:
- Cancellation by the Traveler:
- In the event that a Force Majeure event occurs, and you choose to cancel, the usual cancellation fees will apply, unless the cancellation is required due to travel restrictions (e.g., government-imposed lockdowns or border closures).
- Cancellation by FoxRaid Entertainment:
- If we are forced to cancel the trip due to a Force Majeure event, we will issue a full refund or offer an alternative tour, subject to availability. In some cases, we may offer a voucher for a future trip instead of a cash refund, depending on the nature of the event.
5. No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your trip or fail to meet the departure on time, you will forfeit your entire payment, including the deposit. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or re-schedule a trip under these circumstances.
6. Emergency Cancellations
If you need to cancel due to a personal emergency (e.g., illness, injury, or family emergency), we may offer a partial refund or rescheduling, subject to the following:
- Documentation Requirement: A medical certificate, hospital records, or any other proof of the emergency may be required for consideration.
- Refund Options: A partial refund or credit towards future trips may be offered at our discretion, minus any non-refundable third-party costs.
7. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events such as illness, injury, or trip cancellation. Foxraid Entertainment is not responsible for any losses or additional expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control. Travel insurance will help cover costs that may arise from:
- Trip cancellations or interruptions
- Medical emergencies or evacuation
- Lost or damaged luggage or personal belongings
- Flight delays or cancellations

8. Refund Processing and Timeline
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days after cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Transaction Fees: Depending on the payment method used, some transaction fees may apply, and the refund amount may be subject to these charges.
9. Special Notes
- Non-refundable Items: Any non-refundable items, such as visas, permits, or transportation booked in advance, will not be refunded.
- Adjustments: If you make a change to your booking (e.g., changing your trip date or accommodation), additional charges may apply, and refunds will be processed based on the new booking details.
