Payment Terms
1. Booking Confirmation
- To confirm a booking with Foxraid Entertainment, a deposit of 10% of the total tour or activity price is required.

- The booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from Foxraid Entertainment.
2. Deposit Requirement
- A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
- The deposit is calculated based on the total price of the tour or activity.
- The deposit is non-refundable, except under special circumstances, such as the cancellation of the tour by Foxraid Entertainment or due to force majeure events.
3. Full Payment
- Full payment for your tour or activity is required no later than 15 days before the scheduled start date.
- If full payment is not received by this date, the booking may be automatically cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
- Payments must be made via the following methods:
- Bank transfer to the specified account.
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or any other accepted payment method).
- Online payment gateways available on our website (if applicable).
- Please ensure that the payment amount is correct and covers any applicable transaction fees.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by the Guest:
- 30 days or more before the tour date: A full refund of the amount paid, minus the deposit.
- 15–29 days before the tour date: A refund of 50% of the total booking price, excluding the deposit.
- 14 days or less before the tour date: No refund.
- Cancellation by Foxraid Entertainment:
- If Foxraid Entertainment cancels the booking due to circumstances such as safety concerns, insufficient participants, or force majeure events, you will receive a full refund of the total payment made.
- Force Majeure:
- If the tour or activity cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions), FoxRaid Entertainment will offer options for rescheduling the tour or a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after cancellation.

5. Amendments to Booking
- Changes to Booking:
- Any request to change the booking, such as changing the tour date or activity type, must be submitted in writing (email) at least 15 days before the tour date.
- Depending on availability and the nature of the change, there may be an additional charge to cover any differences in price or service.
- Additional Charges:
- If changes are made within 14 days of the tour, additional charges may apply, or the booking may be treated as a cancellation with no refund, depending on the circumstances.
6. Special Offers and Promotions
- Special offers, discounts, or promotional rates are subject to availability and may have specific terms and conditions attached.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers unless stated otherwise.
7. Currency and Payment Processing
- All prices on the website are quoted in United States Dollar (USD).
- If you wish to pay in another currency, the equivalent amount will be calculated based on the exchange rate at the time of payment.
- Any international bank transfers or credit card payments may be subject to exchange rate fees or transaction charges imposed by the bank or payment provider.
8. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed according to the policy outlined above and will typically be completed within 15-20 business days from the cancellation or rescheduling confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
9. No-Show Policy
- If you fail to show up on the scheduled date without prior notification, no refund or rescheduling will be allowed.
10. Liability and Insurance
- Foxraid Entertainment recommends purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and unexpected events.
- Guests are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour. Foxraid Entertainment is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while participating in the tour or activity.
