Altitude: 1,150 meters

Begin your journey with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Jagat, passing through beautiful countryside and local villages.

Altitude: 2,036 meters

The trek starts with a moderate ascent through lush forests and terraced fields, leading to the charming village of Simigaun.

Altitude: 2,790 meters

Continue your trek along an undulating trail through forests, crossing small bridges and enjoying views of the surrounding mountains.

Altitude: 3,740 meters

This challenging day involves crossing the Themlung Khola and ascending towards Beding, the largest Sherpa village in the Rolwaling Valley.

Spend the day acclimatizing to the altitude. You can explore Beding village and take short hikes to enjoy views of Gauri Shankar.

A short trek leads you to Na Village, where you can relax and prepare for further exploration.
