Spring (March-May) and autumn (September-November)

A morning drive takes climbers from Kathmandu to Besisahar, which takes approximately 6-7 hours. Besisahar serves as the starting point for the Annapurna Circuit trek.

The trek begins with a 5-6 hour hike from Besisahar to Dharapani. The trail follows the Marsyangdi River and passes through lush forests and traditional villages.

Climbers continue their journey with a trek to Chame, which takes about 5-6 hours. This area serves as the administrative center of the Manang district and offers stunning views of the surrounding peaks.

The trek from Chame to Upper Pisang takes approximately 5 hours. The route offers beautiful views of the Annapurna range and leads through charming villages.

On this day, climbers trek from Upper Pisang to Pisang Base Camp. This ascent takes about 4-5 hours through alpine meadows and rocky terrain. The base camp is set at an altitude conducive for acclimatization.

A full day is dedicated to acclimatization. Climbers may practice using climbing gear and explore nearby areas to prepare for the summit attempt.

Climbers ascend from Base Camp to High Camp in approximately 4 hours. This camp is the final stop before the summit attempt and is located on a ridge offering stunning views.

Climbers begin their ascent early in the morning around 2 AM. The climb involves navigating rocky terrain and snowfields. After reaching the summit and enjoying breathtaking views of the Annapurna range, climbers descend back to High Camp.

After summiting Pisang Peak, climbers descend back to Base Camp for rest and recovery. This descent typically takes about 3-4 hours.

Climbers trek down from Base Camp to Upper Pisang for approximately 4-5 hours.

The journey continues as trekkers make their way back to Chame over about 5-6 hours.

After breakfast in Chame, climbers take a drive back to Besisahar for an overnight stay.

A morning drive returns participants from Besisahar back to Kathmandu. The remainder of the day can be spent relaxing or exploring more of what Kathmandu has to offer.
